Activity Feed Counters

1. Yellow - Number of users currently on site with any status (checked in/on-site or not checked in)
   
2. Green - Number of users checked in on site. 
   
3. Red - Number of users not checked in on site. 
   
4. White - Number of users on site without a valid induction. 
   

Show me who

Show me who shows you are more information on the individual users

1. You will be able to see the time they arrived and on site status. 
   
2. Users contact details 
   

The Dashboard 

The Dashboard gives you reports on monthly on site activity

Companies

All companies 

1. You are able to search and view all registered companies within the Forsite system
   

My Companies

1. You are able to search and view your companies registered to you (Parent Company).
   
2. Create a company structure - Ideal for companies regionally based or where different facility managers own responsibility for different sites. 
   

People

1. Search and view the people and their companies registered to your sites. 
   
2. View the user and their contact details
   
3. Download a CSV file. 
   

Sites

1. View your sites and search for companies with site access
   

Hazards

Update: 25.04.21 Release version 5.0 will not display hazards within the app when hazards have not been added to portal.

1. Search and view all site hazards 
   
2. You can add, delete or edit site hazards
   

Add, delete or edit site hazards

1. Select plus icon on the top right hand corner 
   
2. Select risk rating: Low, medium or high 
   
3. Enter details into the required fields
   
4. Search and select site 
   
5. Once completed, click save
   

Inductions, Permits and Other Documents

1. Search and view users Inductions, Permits and other Documents
   
2. You can load Inductions, Permits and other Documents
   
3. You can load one or multiply users for one or multiply sites
   

Loading induction 

1. Select file icon on the top right hand corner
   
2. Enter details into the required fields and upload document 
   
3. Search and add person and site
   
4. Once completed, click save

1. Select file icon on the top right hand corner 
   
2. Select or manually add document type 
   
3. Enter details into required fields and upload document
   
4. Search and add person and site
   
5. Once completed, click save
   

Logs

Attendance 

1. Access a users on site attendance record at any time 
   
2. Search and view users attendance records
   
3. Search for dates 
   
4. Download a CVS file
   

Evacuation Logs

1. Send Evacuation alerts to all users on your site(s)
   
2. View the history of evacuation alerts that have been sent out
   

How to send out an Evacuation alert?

1. Select the Evacuation button on the top right hand corner that is highlighted in red
   
2. Enter evacuation message and select site. 
   
3. Once completed, click save
