2a. Once you have copy and pasted your Client ID and Secret, please select "Company Tools" from the top bar and select "Permissions" under core tools.
2b. Select "Project Permissions Template". Then select the orange button on the right-hand side "+ Create Project Permission Template".
2c. Name the Global Permission Template to "Forsite Integration Permission Template" and create template.
2d. The populate permissions per below screenshot:
2e. Select "Company Permissions Template". Then select the orange button on the right-hand side "+ Create Company Permission Template".
2f. Name the Company Permission Template to "Forsite Integration Permission Template" and create template.

Step 3: Completing your settings for integration.
3a. Once you have saved the previous steps, select "Company Tools" from the top bar and select "Directory" under core tools.
3b. Select "Users" tab and select edit - to the service account which you have just created. For example - Forsite Integration.
3c. Scroll down to "Company Permission Templates" and select the template previously created.
3d. Following the step above, scroll down further and set project specific settings. The recommended settings are:
- Tick the box "Add Forsite Integration to all new projects".
- Disable tick box "Allow Forsite Integration to create new projects".
3e. Under "Project Forsite Integration" does not belong to - Add all the relevant projects or "Add to All" if necessary and Save.
Step 4: Integrating Procore to Forsite
4a. Select the yellow cog icon on the top right-hand side of the menu bar and select "Procore Integration".

4b. Fill out the service account information fields and enter in your Client ID and Secret and Company.
Select refresh and find and select your Procore Company in the Procore Company field. Click next.
4c. Select your company and load your Procore Projects. Then match your Procore Project to the Forsite Site. Once done, click next.
4d. Click choose site and search for the correct site within Forsite. Then click save to complete the match.
4e. Select your company and load your Procore Vendors. Then match your Procore Vendor to the Forsite Company. Once done, click save.

Note:
If you have new companies added by users in Forsite, you will need to match them to Procore vendors on this page.
If you cannot match your Procore company during the integration process, please contact the Forsite team at customersupport@getforsite.com to register the company.
