Issues with signing in? - Need to reset your password?








Receiving an error message when trying to sign in?


  There are a couple of reasons this could happen?
  1. You are out of data or mobile data?  You can only sign in with either of these.
  2. Typo? Double check you've typed your email and password correctly.
  3. You are registering more than one user on your smartphone.  This will happen due to our security measures.  Each user will need to
       register themselves on their own smartphones.
  4. If your app settings and email address are correct, it may not be the right password? 
      Select "Forgot password" and you'll receive an email to set up a new password.
