Where's my setup email?



So you've registered yourself and it hasn't arrived?

Is it in your Clutter or Spam?  Sometimes email services just don't like our emails, theres not much we can do about it unless you add us to your list of safe senders.

If its not in there then there may be a problem at our end, let us know by emailing us  @ Customer Support or Live Chat via on your smartphone by clicking on our 'live chat' icon at the bottom of your screen.

Alternatively try requesting your password at Reset my Password choose 'forgot password' and we will resend the password setup link to you.
